GE ApexPro™* CH and FH SpO₂ Nellcor™ cable

The GE ApexPro™* CH/FH SpO₂ Nellcor™ cables allow for Nellcor™ pulse oximetry to connect to GE ApexPro™* CH/FH transmitters.

Description

When patients are recovering and becoming ambulatory in the telemetry unit, you still need to monitor them with accurate, reliable, actionable pulse oximetry data. With the new GE ApexPro™* SpO2 Nellcor™ cable, your telemetry unit now has access to trusted Nellcor™ pulse oximetry technology.

Features

Conversion and integration

Converting to GE ApexPro™* CH/FH SpO2 Nellcor™ cable technology is simple and efficient.

  • There are no software or hardware updates required.
  • Simply exchange your current SpO2 telemetry cable for the new CH or FH GE Apexpro™* SpO2 Nellcor™ cable.
  • Plug-and-play technology helps you quickly connect the sensor to the cable and the cable to the transmitter.

Standardization and workflow

Monitor ambulatory patients in the telemetry unit with the trusted Nellcor™ pulse oximetry used in other areas of your hospital. Please ensure cables are used in accordance with the GE telemetry ststem operations manual.

  • Experience a seamless transition as the patient arrives or leaves the telemetry unit. Simply connect the patient’s Nellcor™ pulse oximetry sensor to the GE ApexPro™* SpO2 Nellcor™ cable connected to your GE CH or FH telemetry transmitter and continue monitoring.
  • This technology eliminates cable-related SpO2 sensor requirements.
  • Standardizing a sensor supplier across multiple care areas may streamline workflow and create hospital supply chain efficiencies.

Nellcor ™ portfolio compatibility

The GE ApexPro™* SpO2 Nellcor™ cable is compatible with the entire Nellcor™ pulse oximetry sensor portfolio.

The GE ApexPro™* SpO2 Nellcor™ cable features OxiMax™ advanced digital signal processing. This enables the pulse oximetry technology to deliver accurate saturation and pulse rate values during interference conditions — such as patient motion or low perfusion.†,1
