Battery waste recycling

Medtronic Ireland Ltd meets its obligations for waste batteries through registration with the Producer Register Limited (PRL), monthly data reporting to “Black Box” and is a member of WEEE Ireland Ltd compliance scheme. Customers should dispose of waste batteries through a licenced collection and disposal contractor or scheme or at a licenced local collection depot/point. Medtronic Ireland Ltd is not classed as a major producer of packaging waste in Ireland. Customers should dispose of packaging waste associated with Medtronic products through appropriate/designated waste streams in their facility.
