The Endurant™ II/IIs stent graft is the first device approved for use in ChEVAR procedures – chimney endovascular aortic repair. Where approved for this use, Endurant II/IIs stent graft is indicated for use in patients with >2 mm neck length and <60⁰ infrarenal angle.^*

Medtronic is the first and only company to provide a standardized, off-the-shelf alternative for juxtarenal with short neck aneurysm patients.

CLINICAL OUTCOMES

The PROTAGORAS study¹ evaluated the performance of the Endurant™ II stent graft for patients with pararenal pathologic processes that were treated by the chimney/snorkel endovascular technique.

Standardized use of the Endurant II stent graft for ChEVAR demonstrated:

N = 128 patients
24.6 months mean radiologic follow-up (0-61 months)
- 100% technical success
- New onset of Type Ia endoleaks: 1.6%
- Primary patency of chimney grafts: 95.7%
- AAA sac diameter regression/stability: 90.6%
- Freedom from chimney graft-related reinterventions: 93.1%
