Human Rights

Our commitment to human rights

Our Global Human Rights Framework, guided by our mission, focuses on contributing to human welfare, recognizing the personal worth of all employees, and maintaining good citizenship as a company.

Medtronic does not tolerate forced labor within our organization or across our supply chain and is committed to a work environment that is free from human trafficking, slavery, unlawful child labor, and forced labor of any kind.
Medtronic does not use or engage in any form of coerced, bonded, indentured, or forced prison labor. All work is voluntary, and employees will be free to leave or terminate their employment without fear of physical, psychological, sexual, or verbal abuse. Medtronic prohibits the use of slavery and human trafficking in Medtronic facilities and by suppliers in our supply chain.
