What Happens After The Procedure? Blood Pressure Procedure (RDN)

RDN

Most people are able to go home within a day or
two of the procedure. Your doctor will decide how
long you will have to stay in the hospital and when
you can resume your normal activities.

You will be required to come back for follow-up
appointments, but the frequency of these will
need to be discussed with your doctor.

These follow-up appointments will be opportunities
for your doctor to evaluate your blood pressure and
change your medication therapy as needed.

It is also important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This involves following your doctor’s advice, taking
all medication as prescribed and making healthy life choices.

Important:

Continue taking your blood pressure medication as directed by your doctor.
