The ILA™ 52 and ILA™ 100 staplers may be used for transection of large or small bowel, stomach and lung tissue, anastomosis of bowel to bowel, or stomach to bowel, when such use is consistent with this labeling and that of the disposable loading units used with this device. In addition, there must be adequate vascularization and normal healing criteria present to ensure normal, healthy tissue.
SFS™ instrument, together with SM™ disposable loading units, places one staple each time the instrument handles are activated. The staples first penetrate the skin or fascia and are then formed, thus holding the tissue together. There are different staple sizes; each contained in its own disposable loading unit.
Our surgical staplers and stapling products enable surgeons to handle the broadest range of tissues and applications with outstanding clinical performance.
