The MyCareLink Connect™ website (www.MyCareLinkConnect.com) is a secure source for your patients to receive information about their implanted cardiac device and the monitor they use. The website is a convenient tool for both you and your patients.

  • Reminders of upcoming transmissions
  • Notifications if they miss a transmission
  • Other information provided by your clinic

MYCARELINK CONNECT WEBSITE ALSO PROVIDES THE ANSWERS PATIENTS NEED

  • Helpful resources specific to their cardiac device and monitor
  • Troubleshooting tips for their monitor
  • Education on remote monitoring

Each patient — and up to four others per patient — can enroll on the website, with each person customizing the information they receive. Once your patients — and those enrolled in the MyCareLink Connect website — have signed up for messages, the messages will be automatically generated from the CareLink™ network. There’s no need for you to do anything else; this feature is already enabled on the CareLink clinician website.

Encourage your patients to stay informed by enrolling in the MyCareLink Connect website. Patients who use this site may require less clinic follow-up for compliance with their transmissions.
