MeroGel® Injectable nasal packing is a bioresorbable, space-occupying gel stent used after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) or nasal trauma. It's composed of cross-linked polymers of hyaluronic acid and administered with a flexible catheter for easier access to nasal cavities.

Hyaluronic acid helps keep the surgical site moist, reduce adhesions, and decrease healing time.4 Esterified hyaluronic acid, or HYAFF®, is a patented formula that is used in our MeroGel and MeroPack® nasal packing products.
