Overview

Place initial and exchange catheters ideally suited for work in small peripheral vessels by using the Babywire™ guidewire. These double-ended, nitinol, kink-resistant guidewires have round tips and flexible ends and are compatible with a 24-gauge needle or a 2 F catheter.

U.S. Indications

The Babywire Guidewire is intended for assisting in the placement of initial catheters and/or exchange in the small vessel anatomy. The Babywire Guidewire is compatible with a 24-gauge needle or 2.0 French catheter.

The Babywire Guidewire is not indicated for coronary use.
