Product Details

Hancock bioprosthetic valved conduits consist of a porcine aortic valve sutured into the center of a woven fabric conduit. The Hancock conduits are recommended for reconstruction of congenital or acquired cardiac and great vessel malformations or pathology.

The Hancock modified orifice valved conduit is a composite assembly in which the right coronary cusp (bearing the muscular septal shelf) is removed and replaced with a noncoronary cusp from another valve for improved flow area.

Features include:

  • Stentless design that optimizes the ratio of the conduit outer diameter to the inner diameter of the valved conduit
  • External reinforcing ring at the valve annulus that prevents loss of leaflet coaptation and allows radiographic visualization
  • Available in a wide range of sizes
